Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
● Shipping method: UPS/Purolator Standard:
Shipping cost BC, AB, MN, SK,ON, QC: $15.00 for all orders under $125.00 before taxes
Shipping cost NB, NL, PEI, NS: $20.00 for all orders under $125.00 before taxes
Shipping cost NWT, YT, NVT: Please contact us for shipping rates.

Shipment cost: $25.00
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days
MCI Motor Controls Inc. ships to addresses within Canada only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MCI Motor Controls Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
MCI Motor Controls Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Backorder
Orders will be shipped complete unless requested by the customer.
Shipping charges will then apply to each shipment separately.
Returns
All returns require an RMA number within 30 days from date of invoice.
Customers will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns that are not a result of MCI Motor Controls error or product defect.
Return shipping costs resulting from an MCI Motor Control Inc. error or a faulty product will be covered by MCI.
All other returns and exchanges the shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer.
